Hoy planteamos una idea de negocio para ofrecer servicios de seguridad online a consumidores para evitar ser engañados por fraudes o phishing.

Y ahora sí, vamos a por la idea de negocio de hoy: Experto de seguridad para consumidor final. Y es que en un mundo cada vez más conectado, la seguridad en línea se ha convertido en una preocupación constante para muchas personas.
La idea central de este negocio es convertirse en un creador de contenidos enfocado en temas de seguridad en línea para el consumidor final. La creciente preocupación por la ciberseguridad ha creado una demanda de información confiable y accesible para las personas que desean proteger su privacidad y sus datos en línea.
El funcionamiento de este negocio se basa en dos pilares principales. Para empezar, la creación de contenido informativo y educativo sobre seguridad en línea. Esto puede incluir videos informativos en plataformas como YouTube, TikTok e Instagram, así como artículos en un sitio web dedicado. Y por otro lado, la posibilidad de ofrecer asesoramiento personalizado a personas que buscan respuestas a sus preguntas de seguridad en línea.
El público objetivo de este negocio son los clientes finales, es decir, personas que buscan consejos y orientación sobre seguridad en línea. Muchas personas carecen de fuentes confiables a las que acudir para obtener información sobre este tema.
El modelo de negocio lo podemos enfocar de varias formas:
- Divulgación: Generar ingresos a través de publicidad en plataformas como YouTube, TikTok e Instagram, aprovechando la audiencia creada por los contenidos educativos.
- Punto intermedio: Ofrecer una opción de membresía en Patreon, donde los seguidores pueden obtener contenido exclusivo y acceso prioritario a la información.
- Servicio de consulta: Ofrecer un servicio de consulta personalizada para responder a preguntas específicas sobre seguridad en línea. Este servicio podría incluir verificar si ciertos mensajes o correos electrónicos son estafas. Se podría ofrecer consultas a cambio de un pago anual.
En todo caso, este negocio puede comenzar de manera ágil y eficiente, enfocándose en la producción de contenido y la asesoría personalizada, lo que lo hace compatible con un enfoque lean. Los gastos iniciales incluirían la creación de un sitio web, el registro de un dominio y el alojamiento web. A medida que el negocio crece, los gastos pueden aumentar para incluir marketing y promoción.
