Hoy respondemos preguntas sobre vender libros a demanda, alternar facturas simplificadas y completas, y socios para el kit digital.
Pero antes, recordemos que ayer salió el curso intermedio de Make, en el que hoy aprenderemos a automatizar mailings y WordPress. ¡A por él! :D
Y ahora, vamos a por las preguntas de la jornada:
1. ¡Buenos días, Joan y Sara! Os pongo en situación... Resulta que dentro de mi academia online de guitarra flamenca, uno de los productos que ofrezco como upsell al menos un par de veces al año es la posibilidad de comprar libros basados en los cursos que se van publicando. Es algo que no lo tenía previsto pero fueron los propios alumnos los que empezaron a demandarlos. Lo hice la primera vez y facturé casi 600 € y en la segunda ocasión llegué a los 1000... Genial. El problema está en que estos libros los ofrezco de la siguiente manera: 1- Hago una campaña de email marketing para que la gente pueda hacer una precompra del libro a un precio más reducido. 2- Cuando cierro la campaña encargo los libros en una copistería. Ojo con este dato que es importante. Los libros los encargo en una copistería porque son más que libros, cuadernillos de trabajo, con canutillos, ya que después de ver diferentes formatos es el más usable para alguien que quiere tocar y tenerlo en la funda de su guitarra. Busco sobre todo utilidad y calidad. 3- Una vez que los tengo los envío manualmente por correo. La primera vez fue excitante, pero la segunda, con casi 70 libros estaba desesperado rellenando direcciones, y ensobrando libros. Conocéis alguna herramienta/empresa con la que pudiera contactar para que pudieran imprimir bajo demanda con las condiciones que he comentado, quiero decir, no es hacer un libro... es un cuadernillo y por supuesto con una buena calidad sobre todo en la portada y la contraportada, ya que serán muy usados. Termino con una propuesta para Sara... A ver Sara, me gustaría regalarte un mes en mi Academia de Guitarra Flamenca. Sería interesante ver cómo te manejas con el flamenco... ;). Y además te hago una pregunta... ¿Cuál es para ti el mejor guitarrista flamenco de la historia? Salud y compás! (Pedro)
2. Buenos días Joan y equipo! Enhorabuena y gracias por todo lo que nos ofrecéis ; ) Voy al grano para no quitaros mucho tiempo, estoy montando un membership site con woocommerce, y a la hora de optimizar el checkout me gustaría dejar solamente los datos imprescindibles para agilizar la suscripción y evitar fugas... Realmente dejaría únicamente: email, nombre, usuario y contraseña, pero me surge una duda, si no pido más datos, a la hora de generar las facturas... ¿a quién facturo cada pago? En España necesitamos además dirección y NIF para poder generarlas, porque luego hay que pasarle a la gestoría todas las facturas para que cuadren con los ingresos recibidos en la cuenta, y no sé muy bien cómo crear esas facturas si no pedimos más datos... ¿Cómo lo gestionas tú en Boluda.com? A nivel fiscal, ¿cómo podríamos justificar los ingresos de cada mes si no generamos facturas individuales por cada pago? Mil gracias! Un abrazo enorme (Daniel)
3. Hola Sara!! Soy Marta, a ver si me puedes ayudar que siempre tienes muy buenas ideas. Soy diseñadora de marca y web desde hace 10 años. En los primeros años (conciliación con los peques) no necesitaba un gran volumen de trabajo, me primaba tener tiempo libre y tener algo de ingresos, así que con pocos clientes al año me era suficiente. Estos me venían principalmente de instagram y del boca a boca, prácticamente no tenía que buscarlos. Este último año, 2023, ha sido duro a nivel facturación. Entraban presupuestos, hacía sesiones de valoración y todo bien hasta que llegaba la pregunta de ¿Tienes lo del Kit Digital? Al no ser agente digitalizador optaban por otro profesional que sí que lo fuera. Este año, con los niños ya más mayores, quiero centrarme en el trabajo y despegar un poco más, facturar al menos los 35.000€ para poder optar a ser agente digitalizador... ¿Qué me aconsejas para atraer clientes de hight ticket y que no busquen la subvención? Yo he pensado en buscar negocios locales que no tienen web o la tienen muy obsoleta y ofrecerles el diseño de la web... ¿Qué te parece? ¿Alguna otra idea? Gracias y saludos a Joan! ;) (Marta)
