271. Qué tener en cuenta fiscalmente si montas un negocio online

Muy buenos días a todo el mundo y bienvenidos a Marketing Online, el podcast en el que cada día hablamos de las maravillas del marketing que podemos hacer gracias a Internet.
Hoy veremos qué tener en cuenta fiscalmente si montas un negocio online. Nos lo contará Aude Fernández, asesor fiscal.
Concretamente va a responder todas las preguntas que nos habéis hecho llegar, aquí os las dejo:
1. ¿Qué es lo mínimo que necesito a nivel legal para montar un eCommerce, ya sea de productos o de servicios?
2. ¿Si tengo una tienda física y monto un ecommerce tengo que hacer algún papeleo?
3. ¿Qué pasa si lo hago sin darme de alta en ninguna parte? ¿A qué me arriesgo?
4. ¿Qué gastos mínimos tendré si lo monto todo legalmente como autónomo? ¿Y cómo SL?
5. Eso de los IVAs que hacen algunos autónomos que sólo pagan una cantidad, cómo va? ¿Se puede hacer?
6. ¿Hay alguna Ley para ayudar una startup o emprendedor ahora en vigor?
7. ¿Cuánto me puede costar un asesor que me haga el tema de IVAs y papeleo?
8. ¿Que me puede costar montar una SL, entre notarios y papeleos?
9. ¿Las facturas de mi ecommerce se hacen con un software distinto que las de la tienda, hay alguna solución a eso para que cuadren los números y fechas?
10. PayPal no me emite facturas de sus comisiones. ¿Cómo lo declaro?
11. ¿Puedo pasar como gasto algo que también le doy uso personal? Un ordenador, un teléfono, etc?
12. ¿Si trabajo desde casa puedo poner como gasto el alquiler?
13. ¿Tengo que hacer factura de TODO lo que vendo de la web, o vale un ticket?
14. ¿Tengo que imprimir y guardar papeles de todo lo que hago con mi ecommerce? Me han hablado de un término de 5 años?
En fin, como podéis ver, un "mix" de preguntas que Aude nos responde de forma fácil y comprensible. Ya sabéis que si estáis interesados en saber más, sólo tenéis que hacerme llegar las preguntas, y cuando tenga unas cuantas acumuladas, lo invitaré de nuevo al programa ;)
