2760. Mi estrategia personal 2025

Hoy os cuento mi estrategia de personal de este 2025. Qué quiero hacer con mi vida con el tiempo libre del que dispongo con esta "pre pseudo jubilación", y el porqué.
Pero antes, recordemos que en Boluda.com tenéis cursos para emprendedores, marketing online, desarrollo web, y todo lo que necesitáis para vuestro negocio online. Estamos entrando en la recta final del curso de ScreenFlow, en el que aprendemos a grabar, editar y publicar vídeos y screencasts de forma ágil y sencilla, aprovechando todo el potencial de esta herramienta. ¡A por él!
Y ahora sí, vamos al lío. Como os comenté ayer, y hemos visto estas dos últimas semanas en el podcast, este año he decidido enfocar mi tiempo libre en lo que realmente me apetece hacer.
Esto no significa que no vaya a hacer nada, sino que aprovecharé la libertad que tengo para dedicarme tanto a mi familia como a proyectos que me motiven, sin la presión de que tengan que ser un éxito económico. He dividido esta estrategia en dos grandes categorías: proyectos personales y proyectos profesionales.
Proyectos personales: más tiempo con los míos
Uno de mis grandes objetivos para este año es estar más presente con mi familia y disfrutar de momentos que antes eran más difíciles de priorizar.
- Con los peques: Quiero dedicar más tiempo a ayudarlos con los deberes, jugar con ellos. Estas pequeñas cosas son las que realmente importan, y quiero aprovechar mientras todavía están en casa.
- Con mi mujer: Me encanta la idea de ir a comer juntos entre semana o incluso compartir desayunos tranquilos. Son momentos que nos acercan y nos permiten desconectar del día a día.
- Con mis padres: Están jubilados, y a mis 45 años, tengo la suerte de tener tanto hijos pequeños como padres cerca. Quiero aprovechar esta etapa, pasarme más por su casa, compartir un desayuno o simplemente disfrutar de su compañía.
- Escapadas de fin de semana: Dedicar tiempo a viajar en familia, aunque sea por pocos días, es algo que me llena de energía. Este año quiero planear más escapadas y aprovechar al máximo esos momentos juntos.
Proyectos profesionales: probar, disfrutar y crear
La otra parte de mi estrategia personal está enfocada en proyectos profesionales que me motiven. Ahora tengo la libertad de explorar ideas que siempre me han apetecido, sin la presión de que tengan que ser rentables.
Por ejemplo, La Búsqueda Digital es un proyecto que propuse en 2022, pero que no pude realizar hasta ahora. Este año también organizaré un evento presencial en Barcelona, algo que llevaba tiempo queriendo hacer, aunque sé que no será económicamente viable como lo planteo.
Tengo muchas ideas que quiero probar. Algunas funcionarán, otras no, y está bien así. Lo importante es que me divierto y aprendo en el proceso. Unos trabajos/hobbies o trajobies, como los bautizamos ayer.
Un enfoque sin presiones
Lo fundamental de esta estrategia es que no siento la presión de que estos proyectos personales o profesionales tengan que "funcionar" en términos económicos. Mi base ya está cubierta, y ahora puedo dedicarme a disfrutar del camino, a experimentar y a explorar sin miedo al fracaso.
Así pues, 2025 será un año para estar más presente, disfrutar de mi familia y probar cosas nuevas. Si algo funciona, genial. Si no, pasaré al siguiente proyecto con la misma ilusión. Porque al final, lo importante es disfrutar de lo que hacemos y con quién lo compartimos. ¡Vamos a por ello! :)
