Hoy os cuento como he modificado la estrategia de gamificación de Boluda.com sorteando consultorías conmigo a los suscriptores en función de su antigüedad.
Pero antes, recordemos que en Boluda.com tenéis cursos para emprendedores, marketing online, desarrollo web, y todo lo que necesitáis para vuestro negocio online. Hoy empieza el curso de prompting, en el que aprenderemos a diseñar instrucciones o prompts de forma experta para obtener el mejor resultado. ¡A por ello!
Y ahora sí, vamos al lío. Como ya comenté el viernes, este año seguimos con el sorteo mensual de una consultoría por videollamada. Pero ojo porque tenemos algunos cambios interesantes para hacerlo aún más emocionante y justo para todos los suscriptores.
Hasta ahora, hacíamos un sorteo mensual entre todos los miembros del grupo de Telegram. Pero a partir de este mes de enero, introducimos un nuevo sistema que recompensa la antigüedad de los suscriptores.
Es decir, cada renovación mensual de vuestra suscripción se convierte en un número para el sorteo. Esto significa que cuantos más meses lleves como suscriptor, más posibilidades tendrás de ganar. Es una forma de agradecer la fidelidad de quienes llevan más tiempo apoyando la comunidad.
Preguntas frecuentes sobre el sorteo
- ¿Cuánto tiempo tendré que esperar si me toca?
Aproximadamente un mes, ya que organizamos una consultoría mensual. - ¿Y si no puedo usarla en ese momento?
¡Sin problema! Puedes guardarla para más adelante. - ¿Puedo regalarla?
Sí, si prefieres dársela a otra persona, es totalmente válido. - ¿Puedo venderla?
También está permitido. Si decides que no puedes o no quieres usarla, puedes venderla. - ¿De qué podemos hablar durante la consultoría?
De lo que quieras, aunque el enfoque principal será marketing y emprendimiento. Pero si tienes otra consulta, también podemos abordarla. - ¿Puedo pagar varios meses por adelantado para tener más opciones?
No. Las oportunidades se suman únicamente a medida que las renovaciones se procesan mes a mes. - ¿Hay algo que pueda hacer para mejorar mis probabilidades?
Si algún suscriptor de nivel superior decide darse de baja, esa antigüedad acumulada puede transferirse a otra cuenta. Para gestionar esto, avísame directamente. - ¿Cuántos tickets tengo?
Puedes ver cuántos números tienes para el sorteo directamente en la intranet. - ¿Puedo ganar más de una vez?
No dentro del mismo año. Queremos asegurarnos de que todos tengan la oportunidad de participar. Así pues, máximo una por año.
Este sistema no solo añade emoción al sorteo, sino que también introduce un elemento de gamificación para los suscriptores. Para implementar este sistema, he usado un plugin a medida que he desarrollado y que os dejo disponible a todos los suscriptores en el apartado de descargas de la intranet.
Si tenéis un membership site o un ecommerce, esta estrategia funciona de maravilla para fomentar la fidelidad y el compromiso de vuestros clientes. Es importante comunicar bien esta dinámica para que los usuarios puedan ver claramente su nivel y sus beneficios, ya sea en la intranet, el panel de usuario o cualquier otro lugar visible.
Este sorteo mensual de consultoría no solo es una oportunidad para trabajar juntos en tus proyectos o resolver dudas, sino también una manera de dar un reconocimiento especial a la comunidad. Con este nuevo sistema, se premia la fidelidad de los suscriptores mientras mantenemos la emoción de participar cada mes. ¡Buena suerte a todos! :)
