Hoy hacemos una excepción. En lugar de contestar vuestras preguntas, las hago yo, y vosotros las contestáis. Bueno, si queréis, vamos.
Pero antes, recordemos que en Boluda.com tenéis cursos para emprendedores, marketing online, desarrollo web, y todo lo que necesitáis para vuestro negocio online. Hoy empezamos el curso de fichaje digital con 7dias, para cumplir con la nueva ley que entra en vigor en 2026.
Y ahora sí, vamos al lío. En el episodio 2970. Cómo saber QUÉ vender a tu comunidad, os recomendaba (entre otras cosas), preguntar. Pero no preguntar "qué queréis que os venda", (que no suele funcionar), sino preguntar por objetivos y puntos de dolor, para nosotros llegar a conclusiones.
Fue entonces cuando pensé en hacer un experimento, para obtener datos y luego poder compartirlos. Se trata de hacer el proceso que propuse en ese episodio, empezando por haceros estas preguntas:
- ¿Qué quieres conseguir con tu negocio, idea o emprendimiento?
- ¿Qué te está frenando o haciendo imposible conseguirlo?
- ¿Qué parte del proceso odias, no te gusta, es tediosa, etc.?
- ¿Qué estás retrasando o procrastinando?
- Si hubiera algo que te lo resolviese, ¿pagarías por ello?
- ¿Si pudiese solucionarte algo, una sola cosa, de tu negocio, ¿cuál sería?

Como podéis ver, son distintas aproximaciones para poder analizar las respuestas y de ahí sacar objetivos y puntos de dolor. Luego tendremos que analizar los datos, buscar patrones, y lo más difícil: Pensar una propuesta de valor que cubra esas necesidades.
Os animo a participar en este experimento, pues cuantos más lo hagamos, más datos tendremos, y más significativos serán los resultados. En los próximos días os iré contando cómo evolucionan las respuestas, y más adelante empezaremos con el análisis. Espero que sea de interés y de utilidad a todos :).
