304. Idea de negocio afeitando América

Muy buenos días a todo el mundo y bienvenidos a Marketing Online, el podcast que cada día, de lunes a viernes, habla del marketing en la red de redes, llamada Internet.
Curiosa idea de negocio que arrasa en América, el de DollarShaveClub. Veamos cómo lo venden y cómo ha llegado a tener un 10% del mercado.
El caso es muy curioso, y lo que empezó como una start up gamberra y simpática, ahora ha llegado a cifras tan astronómicas como:
- 10% de crecimiento mensual
- Facturar 90 millones de dólares anuales
- Vender 44 millones de cartuchos anuales
- Tener más de un millón de socios
- Llegar a un 10% del mercado
No está nada mal para ser un membership site, ¿verdad? Pues en el episodio de hoy analizamos la idea de negocio, el marketing que hay detrás, e incluso la estrategia de precio. Un ejemplo de libro de texto. Recomendadísimo. No os lo perdáis.

Y si no queréis o os atrevéis a hacerlo con este producto, elevad la idea concreta a concepto y pensad en un producto que conozcáis mejor para hacer algo parecido. Si lo conseguís tenéis muchos números para hacer un nuevo negocio online de éxito :)
