Estamos a punto de cerrar otro ciclo, otra vuelta al sol y estas son mis principales conclusiones y aprendizajes en los diferentes ejes de bienestar. Hablamos sobre la alimentación, la medicina ancestral, el control de nuestra mente a través de la respiración y meditación, qué es un flow creativo, el reto de el ejercicio físico, el sueño, el super reto de las relaciones personales, el regalo que es tener salud, y la importancia de comprender que somos los únicos dueños de nuestra salud y los principales responsables de gestionar nuestro bienestar.
Les cuento sobre planes de 2023, sobre la nueva página web y nueva marca doctora Sara Mesa, y sobre la disponibilidad de mis charlas y talleres para ustedes o sus empresas. Además, les adelanto la estrategia que he ido desarrollando para volver a recibir pacientes en consulta donde evaluaré el cerebro, la mente y los diferentes ejes de bienestar que hoy menciono.
