Pablo Jacobsen es periodista, coach de mentalidad y alto rendimiento, speaker internacional, autor y consultor. Ha trabajado con muchos líderes y atletas profesionales para ayudarles a desarrollar su potencial, manejar su energía y mejorar su productividad. Hace algunos meses tuve el honor de ser una invitada a su podcast Máximo desempeño y desde esa conversación hemos tenido muchas otras, donde discutimos sobre la realización del ser, las variables que podemos modificar para ser nuestra mejor versión y las experiencias que nos han formado y nos han traído hasta este punto de la vida. Quizás lo que más me gusta de su mentalidad, y que tan habilmente comparte con los demás, es esa capacidad de superarse una y otra vez, partiendo desde la intención clara de "dar la extramilla" desde el cuerpo y la mente. Discutimos estrategias que ha enseñado a atletas de alto rendimiento para no rendirse y lograr sus metas, y resolvimos este interrogante que tanto me ha perseguido: ¿Se debe ser competitivo? La respuesta de Pablo es: Si. Pero sobre todo con uno mismo.
Espero que disfruten mucho de este espacio que para mí fue tan enriquecedor, y que puedan vivir a su máximo potencial, pues creo que si todos lo hacemos, habitaremos un mejor planeta.
