Álex y su mujer, Mari Carme Maza -que le acompaña interpretando su lengua de signos y aporta también su propia voz- habla sin filtros sobre cómo fue sentirse diferente desde niño, sobre la necesidad de pedir ayuda y sobre la importancia de la validación interna y la autoestima para reconstruirse por dentro. También reflexiona sobre la discapacidad y salud mental, aceptar ser diferente y sobre el desgaste silencioso que provoca vivir buscando la visibilización y la inclusión. Además, ambos han recibido el peso de las críticas en redes sociales, y analizamos la dureza de sentirse juzgados desde fuera por aquellos que no entienden su matrimonio, por no encajar en las miradas ajenas.
Una entrevista para desafíar las percepciones convencionales sobre la discapacidad y el potencial humano, donde no faltan momentos de risas y lágrimas al hablar del sentido de la vida, del éxito, del amor, del papel decisivo del entorno y de los sueños de Álex Roca con los que promete seguir rompiendo prejuicios, como llegar algún día a ser presidente del Barça o convertirse en modelo de ropa.
