En este Jueves de Lety & Ash en colaboración con Ford abrimos la conversación para hablar sobre ¿Cuántas veces asumimos que hay ciertas carreras, habilidades o talentos que son exclusivamente de un género? ¿Es verdad que los hombres son mejores conductores que las mujeres o que son más capaces en varios ámbitos? También hablamos sobre algunas de las maneras en las que se usa la frase “Tenía que ser mujer” como una forma de minimizar las capacidades, encasillar o reforzar los estereotipos hacia las mujeres. Hablamos sobre cómo podemos resignificar esa frase para que se vuelva una forma de tener más representación de mujeres exitosas y capaces. Comentamos sobre cómo nosotras creemos que las mujeres sí podemos ser ambiciosas, sí podemos solucionar problemas, tomar el volante de nuestras vidas y soñar con convertirnos en lo que queramos.
