In today's episode, we had the pleasure of inviting Alok Vaid-Menon - poet, actor, comedian, public speaker and activist - to talk about the journey they have taken as a non-binary person and how knowing and connecting with their own story allowed them to overcome and heal parts of it. We talked about how to integrate fear into our lives and giving ourselves the opportunity to change, grow, and create a life on our own terms. Alok talked to us about how they have changed their perspective on friendship and gave us some tips on how to work on our self-love.
