Nos habló sobre cómo transitó el duelo tanto de forma individual, como en pareja, y nos compartió algunas herramientas que le ayudaron a cuidar de su salud mental durante ese proceso. Hablamos sobre los aprendizajes que le dejó su hijo, cómo ha resignificado la paternidad y la familia, y cómo ha sido su experiencia al convertirse en padre por segunda vez.
