I took an unprecedented risk to show women of all ages, shapes, skin tones, and sizes, as her models, and the rest is history. In 2016, we sold the IT Cosmetics to L’Oréal for $1.2 Billion in cash, a deal that made me the first female CEO of a brand in L’Oreal’s 100+ year history.
