Oposiciones, tema 1: hace falta dinero

En este podcast hemos hablado otras veces de querer ser funcionario. Hemos hablado del duro camino de renuncias que supone estudiar una oposición. Hemos hablado de los motivos que te pueden llevar a tomar la decisión de querer ser funcionario: tener mejores condiciones laborales, no estar dispuesto a asumir ciertos sacrificios que pide la empresa privada. Hemos hablado de lo que supone la llegada al sector público. La motivación, al menos del primer día de trabajo. Hay algo en ese camino que damos por hecho y que no es tan obvio: tener el tiempo y las condiciones materiales para poder opositar. Porque opositar cuesta dinero. Directa e indirectamente.
Ha surgido por ejemplo la Escuela Ciudadana de Administración Pública, un proyecto organizado por funcionarios y funcionarias de manera voluntaria, que quieren ayudar gratis a otros opositores.
