Cómo crear una empresa desde cero sin dinero, sin universidad y sin saber de tecnología. Baudoin Pineda pasó de atender la tienda de su mamá en el campo colombiano a fundar Refácil, una empresa de pagos que hoy usan más de 35.000 tiendas en Colombia.
Salió del colegio a los 16 años, montó una tienda en un pueblo sin luz ni agua, perdió un local por confiar en un apretón de manos y empezó vendiendo recargas en una moto con una meta: ganarse 50 mil pesos al día. Años después entró en la carrera por levantar inversión, creció hasta 150 empleados y se comportó como una empresa que ya había levantado millones de dólares sin tenerlos. No entró un solo peso. Para salvar la compañía tuvo que despedir a la mitad de su equipo.
