Cassie Holmes is an Award-Winning Teacher and Researcher of Time and Happiness. Cassie literally created her own class that she teaches about understanding and achieving happiness. She references a lot of her researched material here and explains some of the assignments she has her students do that seem genuinely thought-provoking, and at times, bittersweet in their presentation. Simple little tricks like combining your favorite tasks, calculating the time you have left with the people you care most about, and the “2 to 5 rule”, which you’ll be to listen to the episode to understand.
