La quesería navarra Casa Kamiku ha sido galardonada por la Academia de Gastronomía de Navarra con el premio al mejor producto local alimentario de 2025. Sus responsables, Alberto y Ainara, han explicado en el programa 'Herrera en COPE Madrid', con Gloria López Navas, las claves de un queso que busca recuperar la esencia de las elaboraciones tradicionales.
Para Alberto, el premio es "un reconocimiento que te reafirma que vamos por buen camino, que estamos haciendo las cosas bien, y que nuestro queso, pues está en lo más alto". Ha expresado su emoción y agradecimiento, destacando la dificultad de ser elegido entre la gran cantidad de productos agroalimentarios de calidad que existen en Navarra.
La filosofía de Kamiku se basa en elaborar el queso "lo más natural posible". Para ello, cuentan con su propia granja de ovejas en el norte de Navarra, lo que les permite tener un control total sobre la materia prima. El objetivo es cuidar el equilibrio del intestino y su relación ...
