Si naces con ciertas anomalías físicas, tu futuro va a ser muy diferente. En la primera parte del programa, nuestros invitados, Helio Mira y Mart Yuls, autores de la historia gráfica “El ruiseñor de dos cabezas”, narran la vida de las hermanas siamesas McCoy que nacieron el 4 de octubre de 1886 en Carolina del Norte, de raza negra y esclavas, destinadas a una vida de atracción de feria. Conocer sus avatares quizá nos va a sorprender y enriquecer. Juan Ignacio Cuesta hablará de la historia de Peer Gynt, a la que puso música el noruego Eduard Grieg y también de Alberto, un tipo con una altura desproporcionada al que conoció y que terminó por tirarse de cabeza desde un sexto piso. David Sentinella nos contará varios casos de longevidad que están recogidos en el Libro Guinness de los Récords. Personajes que vivieron 157 años, 168 y hasta 256 años que dicen atesora un chino. Carlos Canales nos asombrará con el señor Lotito, el cual tiene el récord de la dieta más extraña del mundo. Murió en junio de 2007 de "causas naturales" a pesar de llegar a comer 18 bicicletas, 15 carros del supermercado, 7 televisores, 6 candelabros, un ordenador y una avioneta. Marcos Carrasco ha escogido el caso de Ella Harper (La Mujer Camello) que tenía una condición llamada artrogriposis, cuyas rodillas estaban dobladas hacia atrás, lo que le permitía caminar sobre las palmas de las manos y los pies. También se referirá a la mujer barbuda que pintó “el Españoleto”. Manuel Berrocal recoge varios freaks españoles, ejemplos de atracciones de feria, haciendo mención a las hermanas gemelas Colombinas, al “hombre salvaje” exhibido en Madrid o al gigante extremeño Agustín Luengo. Jesús Callejo nos descubrirá a Caroline Crachami, considerada la persona más pequeña de la historia a la que llamaban “el hada siciliana”, también de la giganta Eugenia y de las agrias disputas poéticas que mantuvieron Quevedo “Patacoja” y Alarcón “Corcovilla”.
