Hoy contestamos preguntas sobre denuncias internacionales, envíos estilo email marketing pero para WhatsApp y Telegram, y cómo hablar con ChatGPT.

Y ahora sí, vamos a por las preguntas, las protagonistas de la jornada y de esta semana:
1. Hola, esta es una pregunta para Joan. Lo primero es agradecer por todo lo que aportas gratuitamente y más todavía por muy poquito dinero. En segundo lugar te contacto porque tengo una duda referente a la contratación de servicios. Resulta que muchas veces contrato servicios con profesionales de un país diferente al mio, pero recientemente alguien me comentó que hay la posibilidad, porque le ha pasado, de que se den malas prácticas por parte de profesionales inescrupulosos que vuelven a vender a otros clientes el contenido por el que yo he pagado, o también que, por ejemplo, utilicen cierto material que les proporciono para hacer un video, tales como gráficos estadísticos o mapas para incluirlos en el contenido que crean para otros clientes. Quisiera saber cómo se gestiona esto ya que, cuando se trata de personas en el mismo país, es fácil firmar un contrato y las partes se someten a las leyes de dicho país, pero en el caso de dos personas que se encuentran en diferentes países no tengo claro qué legislación se aplica o si tan siquiera hay alguna forma de gestionar esto. 2. Hola Joan y equipo, Me encanta escucharte por las mañanas con ese buen rollo que desprendes y todas las ideas que das, mi cabeza se pone en modo on. Mi negocio es de cursos online de yoga, tengo un programa antiestrés que entrego a través de una membresía. Sería genial poder mandar a los alumnos pequeños tips, recordatorios para que hagan su práctica o una frase inspiradora por ejemplo, pero en vez de mandarla al correo me gustaría enviarla al móvil, que es más directo, no sé como hacerlo. ¿Existe algo así como una automatización de correos electrónicos pero para whatsapp o telegram? ¿O quizá alguna manera de mandar notificaciones como las de las aplicaciones? Estoy algo perdida en este tema como ves... Agradezco tus sabios consejos marketeros. Un abrazo. (Verónica)
3. Hola Joan, espero que todo vaya genial. Te escribe Alejandro desde Maracaibo - Venezuela. Mil Gracias por todo el valor que ofreces en tu contenido. Tenia una duda con respecto a Sara. Tengo chat GPT y el plugin talk to chat gpt. Quisiera saber como haces para que solo te responda cuando le preguntas algo. Me apreció escuchar que ella está escuchando todo el tiempo. Cuando yo dejo activado el micrófono empieza a enviar todo lo que digo y por ende a responder cosas incoherentes y todo se vuelve un lío. Hay alguna manera de resolver esto? Gracias!! (Alejandro)
