Hoy respondo preguntas sobre cómo no depender de los portales de reservas, cuándo crear una app, y el uso de ChatGPT cero.

Y ahora sí, vamos a por las preguntas de la jornada:
1. Buenas noches Joan, Al hilo del podcast de hoy donde se comenta las comisiones abusivas de algunas plataformas, me gustaría hacer una consulta. Tengo un alojamiento turístico, es imprescindible anunciarse en Airbnb, Booking, Toprural, etc. Aunque hacen una magnífica labor comercial, las comisiones son muy muy altas. En una búsqueda en Google, prácticamente no aparecemos, ni por la ciudad cultural donde estamos, ni el entorno, ni las actividades alternativas. El 89% de nuestros clientes son de fuera de España, por lo que lo tenemos más difícil para llegar a ellos y para fidelizarlos. Aunque necesitaría una consultoría ¿Hay alguna manera de escalar posiciones en los buscadores para depender un poco menos de las plataformas? Pagar por click es insostenible. Las grandes plataformas tienen acaparado las primeras posiciones de los buscadores. 2. Buenos días equipo Boluda y seguidoras/seguidores del podcast de Joan. Joan hace unos dias en una pregunta de los lunes algo comentaste que en tu respuesta incluiste el termino “web-app”. Derivado de ello, pedirte por favor si pudieras explicar de forma sencilla la diferencia entre una página web, una web-app y una app móvil. Y, si es posible, comentar también: Cuándo conviene usar cada una. Qué aporta cada opción a nivel de experiencia de usuario. Qué factores hay que tener en cuenta antes de decidir entre web, web-app o app • Qué herramientas o tecnologías se utilizan normalmente para desarrollar cada una Creo que muchas veces se habla de “hacer una app” sin tener claro si realmente es necesaria o si una buena web o con una web-app, se puede cubrir lo mismo. 3. Hola! Pregunta para Joan a raíz del episodio ChatGPT cero. ¿Hay algún truco, hack, puente interdimensional que permita mover una conversación creada con un gpt, a un proyecto? Llevo tiempo intentando organizar chatpgt por proyectos, pero me he encontrado con el handicap de que cuando la conversación se ha creado usando un gpt de los que salen en la sección/biblioteca de gpts configurados, ya no tienes la opción de mover esa conversación a un proyecto. Gracias desde ya por la respuesta y por ayudarme a tener un lugar para cada cosa y cada cosa en su lugar. (Neus)
