Jessica speaks about what the day to day of an influencer entails, how to grow your platform and following, and how to maximize off the opportunity when you do have a large following.
Jessica also speaks about the life as an entrepreneur as she started an agency called Mood The Agency. Jessica speaks on what it entails to start a business, being a female in the business world and what some of the obstacles entail.
The episode also entails conversation around the affects of social media on our mental health. Jessica speaks on what she does to work through some of the hiccups and faults that occur through social media and what her routine entails to make sure her mental health is in check.
