Episode #110 Featuring Lance Converse!  The TRUTH about Telemedicine and Anti Aging Clinics!  

I first had the pleasure of meeting Lance Converse at the Eudemonia Summit towards the end of 2025.  He introduced me to his company TONUM and we immediately became close friends.  His level of intellect was noticeable in the first minute of conversation but the best part of Lance is his care and dedication to making massive impact for the well being of us all.  This discussion showcases that care as Lance and I tread into the muddy waters of telemedicine, with a strong emphasis on TRT/HRT/, peptides and the slew of other facets that fall under this umbrella, covering the good, the bad and the unfortunate extreme ugly.  

We begin without holding back and follow that path throughout the entire conversation, starting with the evolution of telemedicine and to what it has become today.  Lance discusses the heavy convolution occurring along with real lack of care towards each individual patient.  We have a lot of back and forth on the importance of personalization and TRUE one on one care, that is lacking in both conventional medicine practice along with many telemedicine companies.  There is still a reliance on a one size fits all mentality along with a lack of true understanding of each patient and Lance's vision and goal is to change that standard and practice.  Lance discusses his vision of an all in one clinic, that covers EVERY base, from diet, nutrition, mental health and a real structure that is accommodating to each individual.  Lance provides his years of experience on seeing telemedicine put their patients on whatever they ask, and often times things they do not need, to make a sale and keep a client spending money.  Lance is on the path to changing this all and setting a new standard in the telemedicine world.
