The internet and social media are FLOODED with pictures and stories of people getting unfathomable results from peptides, supplements and even natural herbs. Some of these are factual and some are completely overblown and misleading. How do we find a middle ground and what do we know to be true or false? Studies are great but often times they can also be misleading and controlled so real world examples of people with no motives are essential. Many of these products and drugs DO work and provide amazing results yet there are groups of people who do not obtain the same results, if any at all. WHY is this happening?
THAT is a question that certainly can be answered, but it has to be looked at with OPEN EYES. It is easy to make excuses or throw stones without digging in to the REALITY of the cause!
