El fenómeno Ovni (o FANI como se llama ahora) nos depara muchas incógnitas, teorías, sorpresas y revelaciones de todo tipo. The Horror Country (THC) es el título de un reciente cómic de misterio y conspiración con un argumento que gira sobre una agencia de detectives THC y que involucra casos ovnis, nazis en la Antártida, manipulaciones mentales y experimentos secretos a nivel mundial. Su ilustrador, Salva Larroca, el primer español en ganar un prestigioso premio Eisner (el "Óscar" del cómic), nos contará cómo surgió esta idea junto con el escritor e investigador Manu Carballal que ha aportado el guion y la documentación precisa y en el que también interviene de manera activa la periodista Elena Merino, directora del podcast “Elena en el País de los Horrores”. En la conversación con los tres conoceremos algunos casos fascinantes que se abordan, todos basados en hechos reales y sobre su posible realidad o manipulación, como el avistamiento de 9 naves por parte de Kennet Arnold en 1947, el incidente Roswell o la abducción de Vilas-Boas en 1957. Habrá menciones especiales a personajes tan emblemáticos en estas temáticas como son Jacques Vallée, Próspera Muñoz, Luis José Grifol u Óscar Rey Brea. Tampoco faltará el caso UMMO, el Área 51, MK-Ultra, el Proyecto Libro Azul o el Proyecto Blue Beam. Porque ¿la verdad está ahí fuera o quizá más cerca de lo que suponemos?
