Hoy celebramos los 3.000 episodios de este podcast, con el lanzamiento del directorio de profesionales de Boluda.com, con vosotros como protagonistas.
Pero antes, recordemos que en Boluda.com tenéis cursos para emprendedores, marketing online, desarrollo web, y todo lo que necesitáis para vuestro negocio online. Hoy finaliza el curso de Affinity, una alternativa a Photoshop, InDesign e Illustrator (todo en una), y encima totalmente gratuita. Una locura, vamos. ¡A por él!
Ahora sí, vamos al lío. Hoy no es un episodio cualquiera. Hoy celebramos el episodio 3.000 de marketing online. Tres mil episodios, más de once años de podcast diario, y a punto de cumplir doce desde aquel 16 de mayo de 2014 en el que empezó todo. Se dice rápido, pero detrás hay muchísimo trabajo, constancia y, sobre todo, una comunidad increíble que lo ha hecho posible.
Por eso, para celebrar este hito tan redondo, quería hacer algo especial. Algo que no fuera solo simbólico, sino útil. Un regalo pensado para vosotros, que sois quienes sostenéis Boluda.com y este proyecto día tras día. Y de ahí nace la gran novedad de este episodio: el lanzamiento del directorio de profesionales.
Se trata de un directorio público en el que cada suscriptor puede tener su propio perfil profesional. Una ficha completa con vuestro nombre, cargo, empresa, foto, biografía y una descripción clara de qué ofrecéis. La idea es que el directorio posicione bien en Google, que la gente os contacte y que os lleguen oportunidades trabajo.
Dentro de cada ficha también aparecen varios elementos que aportan contexto y confianza. Por un lado, el sistema de antigüedad en boluda.com, representado con estrellas según el tiempo que lleváis en la comunidad: miembros veteranos, históricos y fundadores. Es una forma de reconocer vuestro recorrido y vuestro compromiso durante estos años. :)
Además, en los perfiles se muestran las formaciones avanzadas que hayáis hecho conmigo directamente, como el mastermind, las mentorías o el curso de libertad financiera, en los que he trabajado con vosotros personalmente. Y, en esos casos, estoy añadiendo algo muy personal: Una reseña escrita por mí, explicando cómo ha sido trabajar con esa persona, cuáles son sus puntos fuertes y mi valoración profesional real. Nada automático ni genérico, sino texto hecho uno a uno. Aún me faltan bastantes por escribir, pero ahí estoy.
Cada perfil incluye también enlaces a vuestra web y redes sociales, y un formulario de contacto integrado para que cualquier persona interesada pueda escribiros directamente. Así facilitamos al máximo la captación de leads, tanto desde visitas externas como desde recomendaciones que hacemos el equipo de soporte o yo mismo cuando alguien nos pide referencias.
Ojo, nadie aparece en el directorio por defecto. Sois vosotros quienes decidís si queréis estar o no. Para ello tenéis que entrar en boluda.com/directorio, donde ahora mismo veréis un formulario para rellenar vuestros datos. He pedido lo mínimo imprescindible para que el perfil tenga sentido y pueda posicionar bien: Nombre, cargo, web, una buena descripción profesional, y vuestra propuesta de valor.
Durante estos últimos días de enero el directorio estará en fase de preparación. Tenéis tiempo para completar vuestra ficha, revisar que todo esté correcto, crear o ajustar vuestro Gravatar y, muy importante, enviarme feedback. Si echáis en falta algún campo o creéis que se puede mejorar algo, este es el momento ideal para decirlo. A partir del 1 de febrero abriré el directorio al público.
La intención con todo esto es triple: Daros visibilidad, agradecer vuestro apoyo a lo largo del tiempo y ayudaros a conseguir clientes. Un directorio sin personas no tiene sentido, y este proyecto existe precisamente gracias a vosotros. Así que este episodio 3.000 no podía celebrarse de otra manera.
