Hoy respondo preguntas sobre inbound marketing, conversiones, escalabilidad de negocios, lead magnets, infoproductos, empezar a emprender, y mucho más.

1. Hola Joan y equipo, Llevo años creando contenido gratuito (blog, newsletter y YouTube) y tengo bastante tráfico, pero cuando intento vender algo, la conversión es bajísima. La sensación es que mi audiencia me ve como “el que explica” pero no como “el que vende”. ¿Cómo se cambia esa percepción sin cargarte la confianza construida durante años? Gracias por tanto valor. 2. Hola Joan, Tengo un proyecto que funciona bien a nivel de ingresos, pero cada vez me ocupa más tiempo y energía. No es que vaya mal, al contrario, pero siento que he creado algo que depende demasiado de mí. ¿Cómo detectas cuándo un negocio es rentable pero poco escalable, y qué señales te hacen decidir si vale la pena transformarlo o cerrarlo? Gracias por compartir siempre la parte menos bonita del emprendimiento. (Óscar)
3. Muy buenas Joan, Estoy lanzando un infoproducto y me cuesta horrores decidir el contenido. Tengo la sensación de que si no lo explico todo, se quedará corto, y si explico demasiado, será inmanejable. ¿Cómo decides tú cuándo un contenido está “suficientemente bien” para lanzarlo, sin caer en el perfeccionismo? 4. Hola Joan y equipo, Tengo una web con bastantes visitas gracias a SEO, pero la mayoría de usuarios solo entran, leen y se van. La tasa de suscripción a la newsletter es bajísima. ¿Qué suele fallar en estos casos: el lead magnet, el momento en el que se ofrece, o simplemente el tipo de tráfico? Gracias por tu opinión. (Raúl)
5. Buenas Joan, Trabajo por cuenta ajena, pero estoy montando un proyecto en paralelo. El problema no es tanto el tiempo, sino el cansancio mental al llegar a casa. ¿Recomiendas avanzar poco a poco aunque sea muy lento, o parar y esperar a tener más margen mental?
