Fernando tenía una vida próspera como arquitecto: familia, estudios, economía estable, pero las noches en antros y las decisiones mal tomadas lo llevaron por un camino que jamás imaginó recorrer. A los 45 años, se involucró con una joven menor de edad, le puso casa y cuando ella empezó a exigir más, todo se derrumbó.

Hoy lleva 14 años de una sentencia de casi 25 por trata de personas y corrupción de menores. Perdió a la madre de sus hijas, quien lo denunció. Perdió el contacto con sus dos hijas durante casi 8 años. Tocó fondo en una depresión tan profunda que intentó quitarse la vida tres veces.
Pero dentro de la prisión encontró algo que nunca buscó: fe, perdón y una segunda oportunidad para transformarse. Se convirtió al cristianismo, pidió perdón a su familia y hoy dirige una iglesia dentro del penal ayudando a otros internos a restaurar sus vidas.
Este episodio no busca suavizar la trata ni justificar lo injustificable. Busca entender cómo alguien aparentemente normal puede cruzar líneas que parecen impensables. Cómo la prosperidad económica puede confundir el sistema moral. Cómo los antros normalizan la explotación. Y cómo, incluso desde el lugar más oscuro, la verdad y la humildad pueden abrir puertas al perdón.
Fernando habla sin ocultar nada: de la vergüenza, del dolor de perder a sus hijas, del reencuentro después de años de silencio, y de la mujer que conoció en prisión y con quien lleva 9 años. Una historia cruda sobre responsabilidad, consecuencias y la posibilidad de cambio.
