Hoy les quiero hablar de un caso que me duele profundamente y que refleja todo lo que está mal en nuestro sistema de justicia: el de Mario Sáenz.
Mario era un skater reconocido internacionalmente, con sueños olímpicos y una vida construida con esfuerzo.
En esta columna les comparto por qué este caso me indigna tanto: pruebas de ADN ignoradas, testimonios contradictorios, detención sin orden judicial, y un sistema que prefirió fabricar un culpable en lugar de buscar la verdad.
Pero esto va más allá de Mario. Se trata de Victoria, cuya memoria merece verdad, no mentiras. Se trata de una familia mal asesorada que merece justicia real. Y se trata de todos nosotros, porque cualquiera podría ser Mario mañana.
