Episode #73 Featuring Amber Romaniuk! This episode is filled with vulnerability from both Amber and Dylan who have both dealt with eating disorders a majority of their lives. Amber speaks with an inviting and understanding voice that opens up about the years of painful bing eating and how she overcame it. She is a key voice in helping people not only deal and overcome eating disorders but also understanding why it is happening. Amber digs deep into emotional eating, what it truly is and how to overcome it. She then discusses the dangers of highly restrictive eating and how that can lead to and/or exacerbate an eating disorder. Dylan and Amber both discuss their own personal struggles and the mental and physical damage that it has caused them both. Amber opens up about the difficulties of being honest with ones self that there is a problem and follows up with the steps to help overcome the issue. Amber is far more than an expert, she is an inspiration and a beacon of hope for the hundreds of thousands, if not millions that suffer from some sort of eating disorder and body dysmorphia.
